ON THE FIRST LINE, WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH AND THE PROMENADE OF ISLANTILLA

In Costa de la Luz, between the towns Lepe and Isla Cristina. Islantilla, also known as the Spanish Algarve, provides a variety of services. Around, it can be found the Islantilla shopping centre, golf courses, beautiful sandy beaches, a good selection of bars and restaurants, and many leisure activities.

The apartments are located on the first line of Islantilla beach and 50 metres from the shopping centre. At 800 metres there is a golf course with 27 holes. We can visit nearby places such as Sevilla, Ruta Colombina (Columbian route), Doñana, Sierra of Aracena (mountain range) and Picos de Aroche and the Portuguese Algarve coast. Easy access to the motorway A-49, the Portuguese border is in 30 minutes by car.

In the urbanization, there are two tennis and paddle tracks, outdoor pool with loungers opened in summer season (from 15/06 to 15/09), a Wi-Fi zone and free parking nearby.
